1. When the registration begins, all qualified alliances will be assigned with a defaulted list of Participants:

1) For alliances which participate for the first time, the TOP 50 lords according to the Alliance Rank and Lord Power will be selected as defaulted participants.

2) If the alliance has participated before, the defaulted list will include all participants for the last time.

3) New allies which join the alliance after the registration begins won't be included in the default list even if they are TOP50 powerful lords. So new allies need to ask R4+ to change the participant list if they want to join the war.

2. Once the registration succeeds, all allies will receive a system mail and for participants, they will receive another mail of participation.

3. Once the registration succeeds and the participant is confirmed, R4+ can still add or delete participants freely before the registration period ends. The relative allies will receive mail recommendation when the operation is done.

4. Only lords who join the alliance 24 hours or earlier before the registration ends are qualified to participate in the war.
