Recently, we have received a lot of feedback from players. We thank you for your active response. In this announcement, we will answer the questions that players are most concerned about and share with you the optimizations and adjustments in the future. The other questions will also be answered through our customer service.

1. When is the next Kingdom Merger?

A: At present, we are conducting investigations into the Kingdoms that were not involved in the first Kingdom Merger or undertook a single-kingdom merger. Based on the analysis, we will confirm which Kingdoms will join the Merger and when it will happen. We will update you with the arrangement when it's settled. Please be patient.

2.In the Kingdoms after 750, why cannot players redeem resources in Undead Trader and Spire Loot?

A: We have scheduled adjustments of Undead Trader and Spire Loot for version 11.4. After the update, all kingdoms that have unlocked Excalibur Invasion will be able to redeem resources in Undead Trader and Spire Loot; As for the new Kingdoms, resources will also be available in Undead Trader and Spire Loot after Excalibur Invasion is opened. Please wait patiently!

3. The lagging and disconnection issues are rising recently. When will you fix this?

The lagging and disconnection issues we received mainly come from:

a. Lags during Excalibur Invasion.

—— As one of the most heated events of KoA, Excalibur Invasion always faces the processing of a massive amount of data. And it has become even more demanding as the battle has become more popular and intense after the Kingdom Merger, which led to the rise of the lagging issues. We fully understand the frustration and anger generated from such issues in critical battles. However, as it's one of the core gameplays of KoA, we have to be very careful with the adjustment. And each step of optimization has to be verified to make sure it's truly helpful. We will continue to optimize Excalibur Invasion until it's fully improved. Thanks for your understanding and please wait patiently.

b. When logging in to the game, the [Connection Failed] window will pop up.

4. The existing events are becoming boring. Are there any plans to develop new events or update old activities?

A: We have been developing new events, including Castle Conquest and Season Map, for quite a long time, hoping to bring you a new game experience. During the development process, we found that the new gameplay was not compatible with Ultimate Alliance Conquest, so we had to close Ultimate Alliance Conquest (UAC). In addition, as we now mainly focus on developing new gameplays, the maintenance and update frequency of old events has decreased, resulting in a gradual decrease in the freshness of the old activities.

We have always listened to the feedback from players, and thorough discussions and analyses have been conducted. However, as the optimization plan was not determined, we did not give you any updates. We are sorry for the delay in information synchronization. Since the end of Kingdom Merger in March, we have launched a refurbishment plan for the old events. The current plan is a preliminary one, and we will carry out long-term renovation of the old events in a certain order according to the player's willingness.

-Ultimate Alliance Conquest (UAC): We will try our best to restart the event, but as the rules of territory and alliance building have been completely changed, we need to make in-depth adjustments to adapt to the current new environment.

-Excalibur Invasion & Gold Event - Kingdom Raid: Matchmaking of these two events is the first concern of many players. Everyone expects a reasonable fight. The current matching mechanism is a set of complex algorithms which involve the stronghold level, power, and activity of the kingdom. It is indeed difficult to ensure the absolute balance of each match. To address these problems, our current consideration is to optimize and refurbish the gameplay and rules of these two activities, starting from the rules themselves, so that everyone can experience the strategy and fairness of the events.

-Alliance Hunt: The current direction is to introduce bosses with different combat challenges to enrich everyone's racing experience.

Other old events will also undergo different levels of renovations. Since the renovation of each old event is a big project and will take a lot of time, we can only optimize and adjust one by one according to the priority and will make specific adjustments to the plan according to the specific problems encountered during the refurbishment process. After that, we will regularly share our plans and various developments with you in the form of FAQs.

5. What is the "Battle Frenzy" of S2?

A: As we have adjusted "March Speedup Limit" in S2, to balance the attack conditions of the attackers and the defenders, we have added the "Battle Frenzy" that when you attack or scout enemy castles, encampments, or resource points, you will enter "Battle Frenzy" status (triggered instantly upon initiating an attack and won't disappear if you cancel the attack midway.)

Players in Battle Frenzy will not be able to open the shield within 30 minutes, nor will they be able to return to the original Kingdom until the Battle Frenzy expires. The time does not stack, but every attack or scout will refresh the status.

6. After Magic Spire is optimized, it seems that the Mines are fewer?

A: With the optimization in version 10.8, we not only fixed the problem of too many mines on level 9 but also optimized the refreshing mechanism of Mines based on the actual number of active players. So every player can find the Mine on a suitable level.
