During gameplay, players might face issues or have certain queries regarding gameplay, account, bugs etc. For such incidents and queries, King of Avalon provides a robust support network comprising of an in game support team and moderators’ team. A player wishing to contact support may do so via clicking on the help and support board within their castles and clicking on contact support.

Similar to contacting support, moderators can be reached out through the in-game help board via clicking on the help board and clicking on contact mod. Alternatively, moderators can be reached through King of Avalon support pages and groups on Discord, Facebook and other social media networks.

------------When to contact support and a moderator------------

Players can reach out to support for issues related to gameplay, game account, reporting inappropriate behavior, reporting bugs in game etc. Moderators can be contacted for quick support regarding gameplay advice and for issues within kingdom requiring moderator intervention to maintain a family friendly gameplay environment.
