Optimizations:

1. Optimized the rules relating to Alliances and Territory:

a. In the first 7 days after a Kingdom is opened, alliances can obtain territory immediately once the Alliance Fortress has been placed. After that, the alliance will obtain territory only when the Alliance Fortress is completely constructed.

b. Condition to abandon the last Alliance Fortress: Only when all Alliance Towers are abandoned can the last Alliance Fortress be abandoned.

2. Added notifications for Food consumption changing: When a player leaves the Alliance Territory on their own, a notification will appear indicating that Food consumption has changed.

3. Adjusted some Alliance Spells: The Alliance Shielding will be unlocked when the Dragon Altar is Level 0. The Disruption will be unlocked when the Dragon Altar is Level 1.

4. Fixed the order issue of certain Arabic texts.
